On Tuesday, June 8th, the CLAS Alumni group will hold its first (possibly first annual!) Scholarship Gala! The GALA Hispanic Theatre in Columbia Heights has generously offered their space for our use. Come for drinks, food, a to-be-named speaker, and to hear more about the goals of the CLAS Alumni Scholarship.

Please join us on Thursday, April 8th, at Vapiano Dupont (1800 M St, NW) from 5:30 - 7:30 for happy hour. Specials include $3.95 Peroni, Pilsner Urquell, house red and house white until 8pm!
Moving forward, alumni happy hours will be held every 2nd Thursday of the month, so save the date!

Celebrate with CLAS 2010 Comps Takers!
Celebrate with this year’s CLAS Comps takers on Saturday, March 20th, 2010, from 4-7pm.
Folks will be meeting at 4pm at the Car Barn Roof Terrace (at the intersection of Prospect St. and 36th St. NW) to congratulate the comps takers. Following this, the party will move to Old Glory (at the intersection of M St. & Wisconsin Ave. NW).
